Delete your Pilely account

You can delete your Pilely account, and everything it owns, at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and what we keep.

In the Pilely app

1. Open the Pilely app and sign in.
2. Go to Account → Delete account.
3. Request deletion. We email a one-time code to your account's email address.
4. Enter the code to confirm. You are signed out on every device.

Your account is then scheduled for deletion seven days later. During those seven days the account is frozen, and you can change your mind: sign in again and cancel the deletion. After the seven days, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Without the app

If you cannot use the app, email info@lmcd.ai from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my Pilely account". We will verify that the request comes from the account holder and then delete the account the same way, including the seven-day window.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, handle and settings.
• Everything your account owns: your apps and their files, data, custom domains and settings, and your bookmarks.
• Every sign-in session and access token of the account.

What we keep

Minimal records we are legally required to retain, such as billing records required by tax law, are kept for the period the law requires and then deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details.
